This 291,000 SF renovation of an existing historic high school facility included partial demolition and the addition of the IKEA performing arts center. Renovation was phased with owner occupancy.

- Security and Video Surveillance
- Lighting and Low Voltage Lighting Control
- Theatrical Lighting and A/V
The project was completed on time and within budget.
