Bellevue School District (Bellevue, WA)

This technologically advanced project included the demolition of existing school buildings and construction of a new, two-story, 143,000 SF middle school for the Bellevue School District. The new school features two academic wings around a central courtyard connected by a walkway bridge – as well as a gymnasium and various sports fields all fully equipped with lighting and safety components.
Electrical systems of note performed on this project are:
- Distribution and control
- Classroom A/V and Sound
- Emergency Generator
- Tele/data
This project was turned over to the school district before the scheduled substantial completion date and it was within budget.
