This state-of-the-art school project is currently underway. The main school building was completed August, 2015. It includes the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new, 286,500 SF high school for the Bellevue School District. This multi-phase project was complex in part because the entire site and athletic fields were in use during construction.
Electrical systems of note performed on this project are:
- Distribution and control
- Classroom A/V and Sound
- Emergency Generator
- Tele/data
- Security and Video Surveillance
- Lighting and Low Voltage Lighting Control
- Solar Photovoltaic
This project was coordinated in BIM before construction with D&S as a key player in that process. We were able to identify areas for prefabrication to increase productivity and improvement on originally scheduled project milestones.
